Buying one of my own listings will guarantee you additional 1% cash back. The maximum cash back you can get from my commission is 3% of the purchase price.

If you purchase your house on the first showing day you get a bonus of 0.5% extra so it is good that you know exactly what you want and do your homework. I can show up to 7 properties to you on the first day.

If The property you purchase is more than two million dollars, you will get at least two third of the commission. That is normally 2% of the purchase price Paid to you, based on 3% Broker Commission.

If the property you want to purchase is more than 1.5 million dollar you will get at least Three Fifth of my commission, that is normally 1.75% to you based on 3% Broker Commission.

If the property you want to purchase is more than one million dollar you will get at least half of my commission, that is normally 1.5% paid to you.

If Your property you want to purchase is above $500,000 you will get at least two fifth of the commission paid to me, that is normally 1.25% of purchase price to you.

If Your property you want to purchase is below $500,000 you will get at least one third of the commission paid to me, that is normally 1% of purchase price to you.

Example: If you purchase any listed home on the first showing day for 2.5 Million dollar and selling commission is 3% you will get 2.5% of the commission. The money I pay to you is then 2.500,000*2.5% and is equal to $62,500.

As you can see from example above you can make thousands of dollar by doing your homework and purchase your home trough us.

Do not forget to do your homework and get additional 0.5% bonus for purchasing on the first day showing.
